Bruce Treadmill Test at the cardiologist. They did not let me run to exhaustion -- stopped me at 15:00. It was hard at the end, but I still had some in the tank. Could have made at least 16, maybe more)
15 min = VO2max of 55.1 (5k = 18:20)
16 min = VO2max of 59.0 (5k = 17:18)
17 min = VO2max of 62.7 (5k = 16:25)
18 min = VO2max of 66.1 (5k = 15:41)
I think my current VO2 max is about 56~58
