Ooh, you just have to love the smell of a nice hard taper. Another sixer in the books today and the legs are feeling good. I ran by myself because of CCE class (last one, mofos) and enjoyed just day dreaming while loping along at a nice comfortable pace. Got back, had a short but good talk with Al where he made me an honorary "one of the boys" from his days back in the 70's at Calvin. I'm not sure what this means, but thank you Al. Graduation looms ever closer, but the first thing on my mind right now is crushing a 10k in two days. Super stoked to ship it out to Naperville and run a hard 10k with the homie Jacob Pettinga. We're shooting for sub-32 minutes and I really feel like we both have a good shot at it. Catch us out there, how about that?
