10k PR baby! What a fantastic night out in Memphis, Tennessee at Rhodes College. The weather was so perfect, 50 degrees and no wind. Under the lights the boys and I got in a train and took it to the competition, with 5 guys going under 33 minutes. I had a great negative split, the first 5k being 16:30 and closing the second 5k in 16:08. I think that a more even split will allow me to take a real run at going sub 32 at the end of the season and making Calvin's all-time stud list. This was a huge confidence booster for me, and I am excited to keep the ball rolling into the next week of training.
