Hard day today. Not on the body though. Al and Diemer expressed some hard truths at the beginning of practice. It made me pretty mad, but that just because they were so right (per usual). It was a pretty quiet run because of this, but I did have some good convo with Addi towards the end. He is such a good guy. so genuine and so driven. Even through he is younger than I, I can't help but look up to him a little bit. I hope he can get his body figured out and can get to back to posting up All-American performances.
