Another Tuesday workout alone. Another chip on the shoulder. Another reason to get better. I felt alright today, the workout was long and pretty difficult. I am thankful to have had Jim with me for the first 1200m. Knowing he was there gave me confidence and helped set a strong steady pace. I also love seeing him run, which is unfortunately seldom. His drive and his inextinguishable passion is contagious. Jim is a fighter, and it makes me wanna fight too. Sounds like my times were right around where my training groups times were as well, which is good too.
