Went way better than I thought - nasty head cold is kicking my butt.... strangely enough the run made it feel better and the LT miles felt good (last two were a challenge tho). See how I respond to this one.

Great workout but this seems early in the cycle to be doing this much work. Just be careful. Did you tell me that you were loosely following a plan?

Sorry - owe you a response. Yup - gearing up for my plan that starts in two weeks.... 2Q plan by Daniels (only two structured workouts a week, but they are not easy).
