Herding Cat run at egad/gwen's: Ran with Rob, Cremah and Mike after Jim and Doug turned off. Hard run as splits were a bit aggressive for my "easy" long run - pumped to get a few MP pace miles in at the end. Missed Egad for sure...
Well - in taper mode now. Ready for the green weed, I think. I still cannot believe I'm at this point to be honest. I would be a total tool if I didn't thank all of you for pushing me and putting up with my incessant questions (hope you're ready for more, the wall has me scared to death to be honest). With all I have - THANK YOU for taking me in and beating me up!
