Week 1 of the Daniel's 2Q plan - this was the first official run of my 18-week plan. This was HARD. The long warm-up easy miles make these things real tough. LT miles went fine, but by the time I got to the cool down miles, I blew off the last mile. Should have been 14, but my legs were DONE.
