All in all happy with this one - the first interval was slow and my legs just didn't wanna get it going. Half-way through the second interval my legs responded - took some time today to get the diesel going. Think last weekend's effort is still fresh.

I hit my target pace, so I can't be too hard on myself. Turn the page and gear up for the next effort - one step closer.

Solid work here. Be careful with the consecutive days of intense workouts. You are running great but I worry about you burning out. I feel like I ruined the possibility of a great year by doing to much over a short period of time because the results were good. The higher mileage is great but the # of hard workouts is what I worry about. I found out the hard way.

Thanks Steve - I too have wondered if this plan is just too aggressive. Kinda committed to it. Good thing is that after this weekend's long, things get more like they should be. Gonna try and stick to the plan and no more....
