All in all happy with this one - the first interval was slow and my legs just didn't wanna get it going. Half-way through the second interval my legs responded - took some time today to get the diesel going. Think last weekend's effort is still fresh.
I hit my target pace, so I can't be too hard on myself. Turn the page and gear up for the next effort - one step closer.
