This one was all about how I was going to react from 17-20. Tough week of training and went into this tired. Picked the wrong course for this as it was way too easy to be tempted to cut it short. I resolved to just go with it and react to how I was feeling. True to form - around mile 12, I got my wind and this went well. Test passed - 17-20 was tough, but I reacted well. Happy bout this and another good week - step back week next week.
