Not Brian's class but did my own core routine (2 sets):
1:00 - Modified Bikes
1:00 - 1-leg glute bridge (1:00 per leg)
1:00 - plank
1:00 - side plank (:30 for each leg)
1:00 - plank
1:00 - bird dog
1:00 - donkey kick (1:00 per leg)
1:00 - reverse plank ( more like :45 - these are brutal for me)
3:00 - ball routine
