What an amazing day for a run, a bit windy but with U2 and the Boss on deck, my long intervals (2 up, 4x1 mile with .5 rest, 4 down) went well (actually too damn fast grrr). I did distance intervals on my watch so I had no idea about my pace and had to run by feel - too fast. So much for aerobic threshold work. But I felt good, my sciatic nerve and hammys are still tight, but this was a great run for me. Ready for yet another Ipswich race next weekend.
