Wow, what a day - over dressed and had to ditch cloths. Lovin it! This was a TOUGH run (gassed at the end) - I gave it all I had and purposely didn't have my split times on my watch. So, I ran to feel. Each interval was really hard. But I got it done and my body responded.
Note: Saw the splits for the first time - I'll take it for my first VO Max workout of the cycle. Was hoping to be in between 6:16 - 6:36. Close enough considering the hills out and wind back...
