Wow, what a day - over dressed and had to ditch cloths. Lovin it! This was a TOUGH run (gassed at the end) - I gave it all I had and purposely didn't have my split times on my watch. So, I ran to feel. Each interval was really hard. But I got it done and my body responded.

Note: Saw the splits for the first time - I'll take it for my first VO Max workout of the cycle. Was hoping to be in between 6:16 - 6:36. Close enough considering the hills out and wind back...

Yes sir! Super job this afternoon. These are hard, especially with only .25 rests. You're barely recovered at that point. I'm sure you'll agree that the way out is more difficult. Pretty darn consistent for not looking at the watch.
