This was work - went out with no metronome and wanted to work on my form (particularly my turnover) - by mile 10 my hamstrings and hips were absolute toast. Last 7 were really challenging. Happy that my cadence, according to garmin was 179. This one did not feel comfy, but it's what I needed. Great conditions and all-in-all I had fun with this, just work. Legs need a break - gonna cut back next week - posted it here to keep myself accountable...
