Longest run to date?-looks great man. Did you stop your watch for water or just let it run?

I always let it run - mile 7 and 10 (actually 10 was our fastest mile by far). Feelin it today, but ready for the hangover classic - going to go balls to the wall and see what happens (really want to breaks 7s).
