1.5 warm up
was supposed to be a pyramid interval of 1000, 1200, 1600 and back down, but I messed up the first one and with time constraints ended up a convoluted mess - but went well
(600/1200/1600/1600/1600) - with 3:00-4:00 rest intervals
.59 cool down (messed up my watch again, took distance from egad)
Interval work on the track with Greg2, Egad and Mad Mike. Tough to get started and hated the restarts on my rest intervals, but all in all, my body responded nicely today. I am happy with the extra gear I found on the mile intervals. Looking forward to the test on saturday (ll bean 10k).
