LT workout on the TM - this sucked. Seemed way harder on the TM. Felt like the damn thing was going to fling me off at any moment - just couldn't get comfy here as to form. Just didn't feel right. But got it done and did fairly well. My wind was no issue, but my legs were churning - cadence: 178.
