Plan is definitely working - another long run, another ass kicking! This was a major grind the whole way. Had aspirations to get in 21, stuck with the plan instead. Thank God for Speedboat, as he met me at mile 18 & really took me home the last 2 miles. He even got me to finish strong. Seriously, thanks Greg, you were a major boost. Good news is I had no leg issues other than major fatigue. Wow - I really hope these things get easier, hard to imagine another 6 this way.

start running 30's for your long run and this 26 mile race will be easier. if you aren't doing well at 20 ( and for the most part, u haven't as of late) then u have to take the time to build higher at an easy pace...EASY FOR U... not what the group defines as easy. or just say fuck you. cause it's too late for spued advise from my ass.

hmmm - might have something, but too late for this cycle. Committed to this plan, but more than willing to try other ideas next time. What the hell do I know. Giving it all I got and ready for the test!
