3.1 cool down
First pace run trying to work on cadence. Went pretty well - got tired on the last mile and my cadence broke down a bit. Also noticed that the higher cadence brings on some piriformis fun (a little tight today). All in all, perfect conditions and super nice up in the mountains - fun run. Legs seem OK.
