Connected with Lance and Greg C. for an nice afternoon run. They were gracious enough to let me tag along for some miles on their way to many more miles. Hills, hills and more hills (Beaver hill and Oak street - oh my!). Lots of fun and felt pretty good, much more than I would have done on my own. 8 out of 10 effort for sure, but had some at the end.
