Long Pace interval: 4 up x 10 at 7:40 x 3 down
Sweet long run with AC - this pace run went way better than the last one. A bit of dumbassery at the end and had NO self-control this time. Guess I was just pumped that I had no pain and felt real fresh, so I let er rip a bit. Didn't struggle one bit with this once I went to pace. Beginning to feel comfy at this pace and looking less at my watch.
Thanks AC for the company, awesome shake after and really yummy cookie. Felt privileged to get one of these bad boys - you can make em for me anytime... Nice long and another week down, gettin' closer to chi-town!
