10 at pace (7:30-7:40)

Ran with Gwen and Tall Dave for the first half. Even spotted Michelle on the lake and Doug on his sojourn to York (yikes - a 40 miler!). The first 7 at pace went by well and I felt real comfy - the last 3 were a real challenge as I felt just like the end of a race (mission accomplished).

The heavy lifting is over - three weeks until I get at it again. Really glad I fought through the temptation to blow off the pace miles and fight for those last three miles at pace. Now to just finish off this cycle with no stupid crap - staying to the plan. No more, no less.
