Went as well as expected. Mission accomplished: 190 cadence and healthy. Out of shape and felt like my legs were going to fall off they were moving so fast. Max cadence was 210-yikes. Next.
Is this a more structured approach to your running or did you just up the numbers to reach desired pace by running like a Chihuahua? Is this old injury prevention or new injury risk? In other words...do you know what you're doing?

Yup. Doctor prescribed. Old injuries and prevention is all connected... but I like the chihuahua approach!
