Here's what I do Fro. I find someone, not in the group, to run with. Then I intentionally pick up the pace and ask that person "is this ok?". If they say it's ok I pick it up. It they want to slow down, I do, but only for a little while. And then go through the same thing over and over. Yes, it's a dick thing to do but you'll feel better about yourself. And that's what these assholes do to me. So in the end 2 wrong makes a right. It's not my fault math rules are stupid.
