Track work with the Madman. I have some serious yips when it comes to this workout as it derailed my Chicago effort two years ago - and I still approach it with some healthy fear. I pushed on these, but didn't go balls to the wall. PUMPED I survived it and did pretty well....
PS - Mike killed it today - he was flying (and did 4 extra 400's - I jogged around and played the good cheerleader).
