A little nicer on the coast, but still pretty warm although I'm getting acclimated after my adventures in VA - the wind on this run was the real challenge. I wanted to push myself a bit in the heat - but the last three of these were REALLY hard as the wind was right in my face and brutal. I also picked a guy about 1/4 mile in front of me to chase the last two (didn't get him before he turned off). Great run and had fun testing myself a bit after a longer run yesterday.
