Well - this was a weird one. Started out wanting to do 6 at 1/2 marathon pace, but while working on form, it just didn't feel right. So, I started out thinking this was going to be a form/cadence workout and not worry about pace. At around mile 6, something kinda clicked and my form came around. Listened to my metronome the whole way and got it all together. So, I went with the pace I had. Honestly, the 6.5 miles or so I ran at pace was easy. Maybe this form thing is the right thing to do after all. The last mile of my pace effort was real hard though - got tired and really had to focus on arm swing and using my diaphragm to keep my form.

Happy about this effort - not for the pace as much as I'm starting to be more aware of when my form breaks down - and I'm able to adjust. Kinda know my form was good as my glutes/calf and right achilles are totally fatigued.
