Got up at O'dark 30 to get this in before the heat - well that kinda didn't matter - was hot right off and drenched with sweat.
Ran with Gwen and Paul Toth - the run itself was fun and I love this course - there were some challenges for sure tho. The deer flies were brutal and the heat was definitely an issue on the last 2-3 miles. Got er in and loved the company.
Also spotted Egad walking and Tom/Vangie came out to visit us on their bikes - nice to see them.
