Boy, real work here (but pretty pumped with the outcome, as I'm getting faster) - the last two were wild and wooly and had to fight through it. Nice to have some company as Greg2 and Mad Mike ran the intervals with me. Missed egad for sure, but it was good not to be struggling to keep up with him (I did miss his clicking ankle, acts sorta like a metronome)....
