Notes
Been way too long since I went LSD.... Proud of myself for keeping myself slow - well except for the momentary lapse of reason at 12-13 (my legs said what the fuck are you doing - so I backed off). This was a ton of fun and perfect weather. Kept it slow and soaked in every mile. Felt great after - not in as bad a shape as I thought I was. Hammy still wonky, but on the mend.
Spotted Dick on his bike and Laurie running around town (good to see her back roaming the Sanford roads).
