Solid run, but not quite what I was supposed to do. This was supposed to be 16 miles, with 10 @ MP. I am not sure of my MP, but was planning to run around 7:55. I knew the last few miles were going to be hilly, so I planned to finish the MP miles a couple miles early. The whole run was full of rolling hills. In mile 3, I found myself cruising down a hill at a 7:43 pace. I probably should have let up a bit. Instead I chose to hang on and figured I would just do 10 miles at MP and then ease up toward the end. I was talking to myself a lot during this run. At mile 12, I decided I would not get the intended stimulus if I front-ended the MP miles, so I just hung on. The hills took a lot out of me, but I still managed to run most of the miles around 8 m/m. I was tired the rest of the day, but felt fine the next day. This was definitely not a race effort.

Temperature was cool. I did not check the dewpoint. It was fairly humid, but did not bother me. Bloody nipples again, but no 'stomach' problems. Ran with 2-bottle fuelbelt filled with gatorade. Drank everything. Seemed about the right amount. Had some coffee and 1 gel before the run. Nothing but gatorade during the run.

Right lower leg felt fine. Started to feel bottom of foot stiffness in the last 72 hours. Not sure if this will turn into PF. No pain yet.
