My legs felt tired and heavy from the start. It was a bit windy but the thing that killed me was the humidity, it was worse today from where it rained earlier. I wanted to go a bit faster than my 5k pace which I did but it felt way to hard, I need more speed work. It was a really hard workout to do by myself beacuse I about quit after 4 and 6 but im happy I finished even though I felt bad.
