Ran this workout on the track. Jarrod ran the first 2 with me. Hip hurt a bit during the workout but not nearly as bad as it did on the warm up and cool down. Im going to try to back off the milage this week and work on doing all the right things to get this better. Legs and brething felt really good during the workout. Really crappy day for a workout.
