The only thing good about this workout is the fact that its over. Tough workout, thought about cutting it short a lot but I wouldnt let myself and Im glad I got it done. Workout was 6x9min medium-fast with 3 min rest plus 6 min fast at the end. Had some stomach issues half way. 23 min total warm up and cool down.
