Wasn't really sure what kind of workout I was going to do this week so I decided to do a hill workout at the last minute. Ran about 2.5 miles as a warm up. Did 12 hill repeats up the large hill in the cross country trails with a jog back down as the recovery. This was the hardest I have worked in a workout in a while. On the last couple I could barley lift my legs enough to get up the hill. I felt ok today the workout just killed me. I could barley finish my cool down and felt real weak afterward. Overall I feel it was a good workout , I think I need some hill work and this was a good start. Hip was bothering me a little, need to watch it and make sure I stretch good.
