Notes
A few months ago I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. I started taking humria not long after and have noticed a huge difference. I still have tightness some days but it is bearable. I have been running a bit, maybe three times a week or so. I am trying to talk myself into training again but I'm finding it hard to do so I decided to get on here and start keeping up with my running again hoping it will light that spark again. I have no clue how much longer I can run or how much Milage my body can tolerate but I plan on enjoying every minute of it.
Anyway about the run today, I felt pretty good, no pain or real noticeable tightness. Planned on running alone but decided to jump in with the team since I hardly ever get to. Really enjoyed the run!
