Morning jog post lifting. Wasn't sure if I was going to wait until after work or what but I was getting too amped up watching flo track videos on youtube and decided to go earlier. Last run with the gnome ticking at 165, looking forward to bumping it up to 170 tomorrow. felt really relaxed, smooth, and in control.
