Nice morning long run early enough to avoid the heat. Felt pretty good until mile 11 when i took my first water and bathroom break. After that my tiredness started to set in and the shoes that had been soaked through with sweat at mile 8 started to wear on my legs. However i did keep the pace from getting to out of hand and the last 6 miles i had 2 more water breaks and stopped for a train which actually made my legs feel much worse for the last miles. besides that i got stung by a bee in my chest in the last mile and finished off the run by getting hosed down by mom while she was gardening which was a great way to end the run.
