This was a guess on time because I accidentally deleted this run from my watch. With BMR out down state till it turned into the country roads, meant to do a loop but it was longer than I remembered and BMR only wanted 7 so we just did an out and back. Pretty good run. Started out pretty tired but by the end we were coasting through some good miles.
