Felt Nice after sitting down during transport back to valencia and getting a little bit of much desired recovery. Also right after I had a cup of coffee so I think that might have added to the effect. But anyones running quicker than recent history and only in the last mile could i really start to feel any of the underlying quad soreness which hasn't completely faded yet.
