8 by (200,200, 400 with equal jog rest). A little worried going into it that my hamstring would act up which was hanging over my head the whole time. However even being hypersensitive there wasn't anything to show except a few twinges here and there. Going to bop into the physical trainer office today to get a second opinion but since there hasn't been any pain while running I think I'm in good shape.

Workout went well, and was very consistent. Was a bit behind maccoy and the top squad throughout but when I spiked up everyone was way ahead of me. Paced adam and Hebior through the first 6 but my rests were faster than adams so we got seperated after we spiked up. all in all happy with how this went. Could have dug myself deeper into the well for some faster times but I was already a few seconds faster than the last time I did this and I don't think that was the goal of this workout so I will happily take the consistency.

Cadence was right around 180 for the ons and high 150s for the offs. Could be better but I'm trending in the right direction.
