Good morning long run with Jason, Will, and Pat. Nodak to Ada Hayden to Downtown Ames and back on Lincoln Way. Chief was with us until Ada Hayden then turned back. Pretty stoked about staying steady and feeling pretty relaxed throughout. (not including miles 14 and 15 where we got pretty close to sub 6 pace).
