Talked my co-worker Mario to join me for a lunchtime run today. Good run and good conversation.
***My workout facility got new spin bikes last Thur. They look pretty nice and have a computer that displays power (watts), rpm, time, and distance. Pretty excited. I think I'll have to drop in on the spin class on Thursday and try one of the bikes out.
