Various exercises from running in place, high knees, butt kicks, squat jumps, plyometrics, leg kicks, pushups, planks, walking planks, etc...)
It was a good workout. Wasn't able to do everything or had to modify some drills to complete. Cardio wasn't an issue at all (only got lightheaded from plyometrics from going so hard), but muscle strength is limiting me.
30:00 of stretching/yoga but mostly foam roller work
Really focused on finding the tight spots that are knotted in calves, IT band, inner thight, lower thigh, triceps, shoulders. Once I found the knots just camped out on them varying the pressure to get them to release...IT HURT SO GOOD!
