Man what a frustrating time I had trying to get this workout in. Got home much later than I wanted to and asked Rachel to pick up salads from Jason Deli so that mine could sit in the fridge until I finished my workout. It took me almost an hour to set up my bike on the trainer, get my laptop out and queue up some hulu videos...ugh! Once I finally got going, then my Garmin sensor wasn't working properly and showed that I went 141 miles during this session...geeez! What the heck!
Anyway, workout turned out ok after all. Got in the following:
20 min warmup - 5.2 miles
16 min tempo ride - 4.8 miles
10 min active recovery - 2.6 miles
16 min tempo ride - 4.8 miles
16 min cooldown - 4.2 miles
I just estimated the distances based on past trainer rides distance/times.
