RFR5: Foundation Run (40 min @ moderate intensity)
I opted to do a brick and go race pace for a couple miles and then take it easy after that. Felt good on the bike and then did a quick transition in the garage and felt great on the run. Ankle/calf started to bother me right at about 2 miles too so I was glad I had planned to ease up at that mark anyway. Very happy with this pace and hope to maintain this for the race Saturday!
