CFR4: Foundation Bike Ride (1 hr 15 min @ moderate intensity)
Cleaned up the tri bike real nice last night and put the HED trispokes on with new tires. Also added a aero bottle between the aerobars. Took the bike out for a short ride to make sure everything was setup properly. Felt pretty good especially for such a windy day. Only ended up doing a little over 30 minutes, but it's better than nothing and didn't want to overdo things before the race Saturday.
