Destroyed this ride today. It might have helped that I got some great news at work earlier in the day, but I was in the zone on this ride. Did 3 repeats on the hill and then pushed hard into the wind for the ride back. Took a lot of time at the front pulling at 20mph into the wind for long stretches.
