Chest/Back weights today
Felt good and strong. Increased in weight at a few exercises. I really need a spotter on bench on the 2nd/3rd sets. Definitely getting stronger at pullups. I still can't get 8 in a row yet, but getting more on the 2nd/3rd sets before failure and I'm not just dead after a set like I was before. I'll try them as my first back exercise next week and won't super set it and see how I do.
