Week 3 (>25PU), Day 1

:60 rest between each set

Well, I started my hundred pushup challenge today. According to the initial test I did last Wednesday, I was actually supposed to start on Week 3 of the program in the hardest of 3 columns. Turns out I think that may be a little ahead of where I'm actually at. I wasn't able to complete the 3rd-5th sets in rhythm. After a few seconds rest here and there on those sets I completed it. I think I'll drop down to Week 1 or 2 but still keep the 3rd column difficulty to help build a better base before jumping up to Week 3.
